Emerald Referral Program Terms and Conditions
Overview
Emerald’s Referral Program offers current users the opportunity to earn a free Emerald Baseline Screening by inviting friends to join Emerald. By participating in this program, both the referrer (current Emerald user) and referred users agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
Eligibility
To participate in the Referral Program:
The referrer must be a UK resident, at least 18 years old, and an existing Emerald user.
Referred friends may be family members or any other individuals who meet the eligibility criteria for Emerald membership.
There are no restrictions on how referral invitations may be shared, provided they comply with Emerald’s ethical standards and community guidelines.
Program Duration
The Referral Program is ongoing with no set expiration. Emerald reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time, with no impact on rewards already earned.
Referrers will receive a free Emerald Baseline Screening after three successfully referred friends join Emerald and complete payment for their own Emerald Baseline Screenings.
Referral tracking and statuses will be visible on the referrer’s Emerald dashboard, showing progress toward rewards.
If a referred friend requests a refund or cancels, this referral may not count toward the referrer’s total, at Emerald’s discretion.
Reward Details
The reward is a fully equivalent Emerald Baseline Screening, identical to a standard paid screening in services and scope.
Each referrer is eligible for a single free screening only. Additional referrals will not result in further rewards.
If the program is terminated or modified after a referrer has successfully referred three friends, the referrer will retain the earned reward.
Modification and Termination
Emerald reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time. Changes will not impact rewards already earned. Emerald will notify participants of significant changes via email or an in-platform announcement.
Data Privacy
Participation in the Referral Program requires the collection of the referrer’s and referred friends’ names and email addresses for tracking purposes.
All data will be handled in accordance with Emerald’s Privacy Policy, ensuring compliance with UK data protection regulations.
Compliance and Misconduct
Emerald reserves the right to disqualify any participant from the Referral Program if the participant is found to be in violation of these terms or if misuse of the program is suspected.
